Quality handmade lime liqueur using fresh 100% local limes. An infusion of fresh lime zest and the purest of sugarcane alcohol.
Awarded Gold Medal at the Beverage Testing Institute Competition (BTI) Chicago and Bronze Medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC) London.
A truly classy and very smooth zesty liqueur best served straight from the freezer and poured into a glass with crushed ice, as an ingredient in cocktails or simply poured over ice cream.
The judges described it as: “Murky green gray color. Bright baked and candied lime peel aromas with a tart, supple fruity sweet medium-to-full body and a long, peppery, honeyed lime peel and juice finish. Great vibrancy and purity will elevate cocktails..”
