This is not just another cooking class!
The taste sensations that fresh, seasonal and local ingredients can bring to your cooking can be amazing. There is something special about these tasty dishes that excites our tastebuds, makes us feel good and energises us to create more healthy and delicious meals.
Here at Back 2 Basics Traditions, we have grown up surrounded by wonderful fresh and seasonal foods. These foods along with the influences of our family’s rich southern Mediterranean heritage, has inspired our cooking and passion to pass on traditional recipes & food experiences to you.
We are excited to show you how to transform the abundance of fresh seasonal produce that can be sourced locally, into amazingly simple, easy and delicious meals. Seemingly boring or overlooked ingredients like wild fennel or broad beans can be made into something the whole family will enjoy and love.
Our philosophy is to teach you how to ‘be a cook, not a chef!’
