SHIPPING DELIVERY CHARGES
The shipping delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weights and sizes of items ordered as well as the destination address (state and postcode). Multiple items can be shipped within one box.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
International shipping options as provided by our shipping carriers are available for selection at checkout.
SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within ten (10) working days from when payment is received.
Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Back 2 Basics Traditions will endeavour to deliver your Order to you within ten (10) days of the date you placed your Order.
Orders that have been selected to ship to an Australian address should take approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days to arrive once dispatched.
These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas may take longer. Back 2 Basics Traditions are not responsible if the selected carrier fails to make the quoted delivery timetable.
Back 2 Basics Traditions policy is to ship every item ordered within the same shipment wherever possible as we are unable to send more than one parcel per shipping charge.
High demand, changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. We will attempt to advise you of any known delays beyond the estimated delivery times via email.
In some cases it may be necessary for us to refund the cost of some items that will be unavailable for some time (usually more than one month).
SHIPPING CHANGES
Back 2 Basics Traditions reserves the right to change the shipping method selected if there is a problem with the provided address and/or the shipping method that was selected. This also includes lack of insurance which was not selected and could put certain orders at risk of damage. Back 2 Basics Traditions also reserves the right to substitute a comparable shipping method at our own discretion.
Back 2 Basics Traditions may also change the available shipping options and courier services made available.
OTHER
Back 2 Basics Traditions will not replace, refund, or provide credit notes, if items are damaged or lost in transit, if you do not Insure Your Order.
It is highly recommended to insure your order to safe guard against Lost or Damaged parcels.
All costs associated with return of parcels due to customers error e.g. incorrect address, will not be shipped until all return costs and additional shipping charges are paid.
All International customers must check with their local customs services and local laws to ensure they are aware of any special requirements or any restrictions on importing products into their country or state before ordering. Back 2 Basics Traditions will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items.
Back 2 Basics Traditions cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
CHANGES
Back 2 Basics Traditions reserves the right to vary any information in any materials, both online and in print where necessary. Amendments may be made at any time without notice.
