Please read this Wholesale Terms & Conditions carefully. It must be read in conjunction with Back 2 Basics Traditions Terms & Conditions,  Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

 

HOW TO ORDER

Please contact us to arrange wholesale orders. We can setup online payment options or we can send digital invoices for the total charges.

 

STOCK:

Please email us for availability if there are items listed in our Online Store that have a lower stock quantity than what you want to order.

 

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please contact us for shipping quotes.

Please note that all first-time orders are payment on delivery.

 

MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDERS:

A minimum order of $250 is required for wholesale orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

 

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Wholesale orders may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. We only accept returns in the case of defective goods.

CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we do not provide goods on consignment.
