Description
Cello Dolce Mango
A milk based mango liqueur, handmade using natural mango.
Awarded a Gold Outstanding Medal and 1st place at the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC) London.
The judges described is as: “having a nose that is full of rich mango and some honey notes, with a sweet balance of fruit and honeysuckle, mango flesh on the palate followed by a hint of banana, some sweet spiced notes and a long and fruity finish”
Best served straight from the freezer and poured into a glass with crushed ice, as an ingredient in cocktails or simply poured over ice cream.
Cocktail example:
Mango Daiquiri
60mL Dolce Mango
30mL Fresh Lime Juice
7 to 8 leaves of fresh mint ripped
90mL Lemonade
Crushed Ice
